Governance

UCCFS is member owned, used, controlled and benefited co-operative. It is governed by the Board of Directors elected by the Annual General Meeting (AGM). Board Members are elected on the basis of Knowledge, skills, Regional and Gender representation. Other committees includes Credit/Loans, Supervisory and Finance
